Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 20, 2026

1. Who We Are

TrustCasting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TrustCasting," "we," "us"), operates this website. These terms cover trustcasting.io and everything you can do on it: reading and watching our content, filling out a form, applying to work with us, or booking a call.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What TrustCasting Does

TrustCasting is a done-for-you video content and distribution service for law firms. We interview the attorney, then handle the editing, the writing and the posting across social platforms.

This site describes that service. Using the site does not make you a client, and it does not obligate you or us to work together.

3. Paid Services Have Their Own Agreement

If your firm hires TrustCasting, the work is covered by a separate written agreement that you sign. That agreement sets the price, the term, the deliverables, the approval process, who owns the content, and what happens if either side ends the engagement.

If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.

4. No Promise of Results

We show real examples, real numbers and real attorney stories on this site. They are there to show you what is possible. They are not a promise that your firm will get the same result.

Results depend on things we don't control, including your market, your practice area, your intake, and the platforms themselves. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of views, calls, cases or revenue.

5. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Videos that feature attorneys are for general information only.

6. Attorney Advertising Rules

Every state has its own rules about how attorneys can advertise. Each firm is responsible for making sure its own marketing follows the rules of its state bar. We build an approval step into our client work for exactly that reason, and the details live in the signed agreement.

7. What You Give Us

When you fill out a form, apply or book a call, you give us information such as your name, email, phone number, firm name and website. You agree that the information is accurate, and that it's yours to give.

Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.

8. Emails and Calls From Us

If you give us your contact information, we may email, call or text you about your request and about TrustCasting's services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and the emails stop. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.

9. Booked Calls

A booked call is a conversation, not a commitment. Either side can decide it's not a fit. We may decline or end any application or call at our discretion, including where we already serve a firm in the same specialty and market.

10. Our Content

The site, the writing, the videos, the TrustCasting name and logo, and terms such as "Find Me Text" and "Local Saturation" belong to us or to the people featured. Please don't copy, resell or republish them without asking first.

Client videos shown on this site belong to those clients and are shown with their permission.

11. Acceptable Use

Please don't misuse the site. That means no scraping, no bots, no attempts to break in or interfere with how the site works, and no submitting false information or someone else's information.

12. Links and Outside Platforms

This site links to other sites and platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you're there.

13. No Warranties

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee it will be error free, complete or always available.

14. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrustCasting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this site. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Claims about paid services are handled under the signed agreement.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law rules.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
