By using this site or requesting a report, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You type in a law firm's website. We run a set of questions through AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI) and show you how often that firm gets mentioned in the answers.
The report is free. No credit card, no obligation to buy anything.
The report is a snapshot. AI answers change from day to day, and from one person to the next, so your results may look different if the same questions are run again.
The report is for general information only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a promise of any result, ranking, lead, case or revenue. Any decision you make based on the report is yours.
To get a report you give us a website domain and an email address. You agree that:
When you request a report, we email you the link to it. We may also send follow-up emails about your results and about TrustCasting's services.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and the emails stop.
Your report lives at a web link that does not require a login. Anyone who has the link can see the report. Don't share the link with anyone you wouldn't want to see it.
The report only uses information that is already public, such as your website and what AI assistants say about your firm.
We use outside companies to run the audit, deliver email and store our records. They receive the domain and email address you submit, only so they can do that work for us. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
The site, the report layout, the writing and the TrustCasting name and logo belong to us or our partners. You're welcome to share your own report inside your firm. Please don't copy, resell or republish our materials without asking first.
The site and the report are provided "as is." We work hard to make them accurate, but we don't guarantee they will be error free, complete or always available. AI assistants are run by other companies and we don't control what they say.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TrustCasting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this site or the report. Since the report is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
If you hire TrustCasting for paid services, that work is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the written agreement wins.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WASHINGTON, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
